Discipleship groups 2021

A new set of DISCIPLESHIP GROUPS will begin the 1st week in February and will take place via zoom.  

They will each be 6 weeks long.

"Beginning Again: Tools for the Journey of Grief"

A seminar for adult survivors coping with death of a friend or loved one.

 

Led by Bea Waller,  Licensed  Counselor

 

-Identify normal grief responses: "Are my feelings normal?"

-Understand the grief process: "Where am I in the journey?"

-Review loss history: "How are other losses impacting me?"

-Address spiritual  concerns: "Why did God allow this to happen?"

-Enhance coping skills: "How can I get through this?"

-Set direction for the future: "Where do I go from here?"

This is an intensive class focused on the connections between spiritual and physical well being.  Includes a weekly workout via Zoom, led by Brett Armstrong, Pastor/CrossFit Instructor/Founder of RWOL Fitness.

''Born again this way'' book study

This is a book study exploring a Christian perspective on same-sex attraction. This study is for anyone interested in understanding God’s design for relationships.

Led by Dr. Jason Gunter, licensed psychologist.
